Pamela Sieger | Executive Director
Ms. Pam Sieger is the executive director for Carolus Online Academy as of April 2024. More recently, she was the portfolio academic administrator working with schools, providing training, professional development, and academic support. Before this role, she served as the gifted coordinator at NMDCA, working with students both academically and with their social and emotional goals. Ms. Sieger began working with K12-powered schools in July 2012 as a middle school English teacher in Pennsylvania, where she gained experience working with online learners, families, and colleagues.
Ms. Sieger earned her Master of Education in English from Edinboro University and a Master of Education in Gifted Education from Millersville University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in secondary education English from Penn State University. She is a level III certified teacher in secondary education English and a certified teacher and endorsed teacher in pre-K–12th grade gifted education.
Ms. Sieger is a certified youth mental health first-aid instructor who fosters trauma-informed awareness in schools. She is also a certified practitioner with the Institute of Habits of Mind and volunteers on the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) award committee.
Dr. Angela Jones-Howze | Operations Manager
Mrs. Angela Jones-Howze is a veteran educator with 28 years of experience ranging from tutoring to teaching to administration. Her professional experience includes serving as a classroom teacher and an administrator in a brick-and-mortar environment. Mrs. Jones-Howze has also worked as a virtual educator in various capacities for 10 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education, a master’s degree in early childhood education, a second master’s in education administration, and a doctorate in organizational leadership. She is excited to be a part of the awesome Carolus family!

Christopher Webber | Academic Administrator (High School Principal)
Mr. Christopher Webber brings over two decades of dedicated service in education, excelling in creating access points, opportunities, and experiences for a diverse student population with varied career-focused interests.
Mr. Webber’s teaching philosophy centers on building strong relationships through empathy and understanding, setting a foundation for effective communication and information sharing. His skills extend to team building, instructional design, curriculum development, and leadership within dynamic learning ecosystems.
A proponent of intersectional innovation and growth, Mr. Webber is passionate about coaching and collaboration, modeling reflective thinking, and optimizing communication. His strategic approach to marketing and partnership development continues to drive his interest in networking, relationship building, and expanding high school programs.
Committed to proactive program building and strong school-business collaborations, Mr. Webber aims to empower both learners and leaders to realize their unique potential and expand their horizons.
As an innovative academic administrator, Mr. Webber is dedicated to ensuring that the school’s trajectory surpasses goals with a student-centered approach, cultivating meaningful connections with staff, students, teachers, parents, and stakeholders.

Tracey Lee | Testing Coordinator
Mrs. Tracey Lee was born and raised on the island of Trinidad. Her mom and grandmother are both educators, so she has always been passionate about education. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Claflin University. Her career in education includes six years of teaching all subjects in 2nd and 3rd grades and one year serving as a school-level technologist. She enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter, watching basketball (Go Lady Gamecocks!), playing video games, and traveling.

Kanesha Morman | Reading Coach
Miss Kanesha Morman has been an educator for nearly a decade. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina Upstate. She taught 3rd grade for three years in Athens, Georgia, before obtaining a master’s in reading with dyslexia certification from Sam Houston State University. Miss Morman transitioned into the interventionist role, serving 4th and 5th grades in reading and math and serving as a dyslexia interventionist in Houston, Texas. She is a certified dyslexia therapist passionate about making learning accessible for all. Miss Morman is working on a Doctor of Education in curriculum and instruction from Texas Southern University. Miss Morman enjoys reading, traveling, and crafting. She is excited to be part of the Carolus team, supporting teachers and students in best reading practices.
