Online Education for the Modern Student

That’s why COA uses quality curriculum from K12—a leading provider of K through 12 online learning. Across all grades, K12’s curriculum uses a blend of learning elements to accommodate multiple learning styles and maximize both the quality of lessons and their delivery. It establishes learning objectives and thoroughly develops online instructional experiences with animations, interactive games, video, and text.
The state of South Carolina mandates that public school students participate in standardized testing. As a public school in SC, these tests are mandatory for our students.
Upcoming Testing:
- ACCESS for ELLs: February 20- March 5, 2024
- Performance Task Assessment: March 5- March 8, 2024
- ALT Assessment: March 12- March 20, 2024
If your child has a mandatory assessment, an e-mail will be sent to the learning coach entailing the details (name of the test, testing location, date and time). The learning coach needs to RSVP to the test or contact the testing coordinator if they are unable to get to the specified testing location on the specified dates.
