Celebrating a Year of Community with a Back-to-School Kickoff!

At Carolus Online Academy, we believe that education is about more than just academics—it’s about building a strong, supportive community where students and families feel seen, valued, and connected. That’s exactly why Carolus Cares was created one year ago, and what a year it has been!

Over the past 12 months, the Carolus Cares initiative has helped provide crucial resources to our families—everything from gently used clothing and school supplies to heartwarming community moments and real connections between staff and students. This anniversary is more than a milestone; it’s a celebration of what we can accomplish when we care for one another.

To mark the one-year anniversary of Carolus Cares, we’re inviting all of our families to a Back-to-School Kickoff event you won’t want to miss!

🎉 COA Back-to-School Kickoff

• Time: 11 AM – 2 PM

Join us as we kick off the new school year with community, connection, and Carolus pride! Here’s what to expect:

✨ Event Highlights:

• Shop for free: Take what you need, no questions asked! We’ll have gently used clothing, home goods, school supplies, books, and more—available for all COA families.
• Pizza is on us: Mingle with fellow families and staff while enjoying a slice (or two) of delicious pizza.
• School Spirit Selfie Station: Snap a photo with fun props and our COA backdrop. It’s the perfect way to capture your back-to-school memories.
• Entry raffle: Every attendee will automatically be entered to win gift cards or exclusive COA swag. Who doesn’t love a fun surprise?
• Meet COA staff & families: Put faces to names and get to know the incredible team behind Carolus Online Academy, along with other families in your school community.
• Tour the new COA office space: Come see where the magic happens! Get a sneak peek inside our brand-new space and see how we support your students every day.
