Why re-register?
Your student’s registration status doesn’t simply roll over to the new school year. To keep them registered, we need you to confirm that your student plans to stay enrolled.
When you re-register, you save yourself the hassle of re-enrolling, which requires you to submit all your required documents again. Plus, re-registering early secures your student’s place with us, giving you peace of mind and giving them the chance to stay involved with our school community through fun summer activities and challenges.
Re-Registering Is Easy
Step 1: Visit enrollmentportal.K12.com and log in to your existing account. Note: K12 School (OLS) login credentials are not automatically the same as your enrollment portal login credentials.
Step 2: Click on the name of the student you’d like to re-register for the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll repeat this process for each student.
Step 3: Follow the instructions, enter the necessary information to complete each student’s re-registration, and upload any necessary documents.

What if I forgot my enrollment portal password?

Is my enrollment portal password the same as my K12 School (OLS) password?
The enrollment portal login information is not the same as the K12 School (OLS). Visit the enrollment portal page if you need to recover your password: https://enrollmentportal.K12.com/s/login/
What are the benefits of re-registering early?
When you sign up right away, you secure your student’s spot for the fall and gain access to additional resources, including contests, competitions, and fun summer programs.
Do I need to ship equipment and materials back if I am re-registering?
Equipment does not need to be returned, but some materials do. You will be contacted if you need to return your materials.
How long will it be until I know if my re-registration has been accepted?
The time frame for re-registration approval varies based on school policy and document processing time. Your re-registration status will be updated to “approved” once all required documents have been reviewed and accepted.
Why do I have to send in these documents again?
States have varying public schooling requirements, and virtual schools often need updated information to confirm eligibility for the upcoming school year, as mandated by local or state governments.
What if I don’t know what my plans are for next year yet?
That’s okay! You can select “Undecided.” We’ll check in occasionally, but you can always update your status by logging in to your OLS school account and selecting the “Re-Register for Fall” link.
I am planning on moving but don’t know my new address yet.
No problem! You can always contact an agent at help.K12.com for assistance. We will also send enrollment and shippingconfirmation notices in the summer before materials ship to your home.
When will my materials for next year arrive?
