COA Launches a New Career Exploration Initiative

Carolus Online Academy is excited to introduce a new and innovative way for students to
explore Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways through Disney’s professional
programs.
This initiative is designed to help students connect classroom learning to real-world
careers in fields such as engineering, technology, marketing, communications, culinary
arts, finance, creative industries, and more.

As part of this effort, COA is exploring opportunities aligned with Disney Imagination
Campus, career discovery programs, and post-secondary pathways like the Disney College
Program. These structured experiences bridge the gap between classroom theory and
hands-on application through workshops in leadership, innovation, science, technology,
storytelling, and design.

This work is part of COA’s continued commitment to enhancing our virtual CTE
programming and providing students with meaningful exposure to career pathways that
extend beyond the classroom.

This initiative reinforces the importance of pathway completion, skill development, and
intentional high school preparation.
